Notes — Tamogoyaki is a japanese rolled omelette. Good in bento boxes or served on top of sticky rice. (unknown kcal/recipe)
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl until eggs are fully scrambled.
- Heat a pan on medium-high and add a thin layer of oil with a paper towel.
- Pour a thin layer of egg into pan and coat the whole bottom of the pan.
- Fold the eggs on into a roll carefully once they are mostly cooked but still a little soft on the top.
- Once rolled, oil the pan again then pour in more egg mix.
- Cook and repeat the rolling process.
- Remove from pan and let sit for 3-4 minutes, slice 1/2 in thick.
