Irish Cream

Notes — Deviation from grandma Wakefield’s old irish cream recipe. Using dulce de leche adds nice caramel-nuttiness. (unknown kcal/recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup irish whiskey
  • 1 cup canned dulce de leche
  • 1 1/4 cups half + half
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tea butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (darker roasts = better)
  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend together all non-alcoholic ingredients.
  2. Adjust to taste.
  3. Add irish whiskey.
  4. Blend all together and serve.
