Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 baby bok choi or 2-3 leaves of bok choi, roughly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce (optional)
- siracha (optional)
- 1 head broccoli, chopped (optional)
- sticky rice
Instructions
- Stir-fry the bok choi and optional broccoli, in sesame oil.
- Fry an egg to the doneness you like best or use the tamogoyaki recipe.
- Serve all of it on a mound of sticky rice.
