Notes — Good on their own, but awesome in chicken noodle soup. (600kcal/recipe)
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat eggs and then add to the flour. Mix well together until solid lumps form. Mixture will be sticky.
- Chill in bowl for a minimum of 30 min.
- On a floured surface take 1/2 dough mix at a time. Roll to maximum of 1/4 inch thickness. (As this as you like is fine though)
- Use a pizza cutter to cut into strips of desired thickness.
- Freeze until ready to cook
- Boil in broth until tender to cook. (If you are cooking these into chicken noodle soup, add them at the end and let them boil in the soup)
